    Born in London, England, in 1950
    Lives in Jerusalem since 1975
    Married with two sons and six grandchildren


    Education and work

    1972 B.Sc. in Biochemistry, London University
    1975 Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Cambridge University
    Works as an academic writer and editor


    Art background

    She has been painting for over 40 years
    Studied art at evening classes in Cambridge and Jerusalem (with Eli Niago at the Popular University and with Michael Kovner at the Bezalel Art School) and, for several years, with the Russian artist Simion Rozenshtein
    Member of the Israel Association of Visual Arts since 1999
    She also writes poetry and aphorisms and is a member of the Israel Association of Writers in English
